We are looking for coaches for the upcoming season. A lacrosse coach is responsible for leading and guiding a lacrosse team by developing effective practice plans, teaching fundamental skills, creating game strategies, motivating players, and ensuring player safety, all while fostering a positive team culture and promoting sportsmanship, with the primary goal of maximizing the team's performance on the field
Games
They will be playing games on the weekends during spring and weeknights in the summer
practices
2-3 times a week and your are responsible for setting this up for your teams
